Bank of New Zealand and Air New Zealand collaborated in 2008 to promote international travel in an animated television commercial featuring the Global Plus air points credit card.

The Have You Ever Been campaign was developed at Colenso BBDO, Auckland, by executive creative director Nick Worthington, creative director Steve Cochran, copywriters Jamie Hitchcock and Josh Lancaster, agency producer Jen Storey. Filming/animation was shot by director Paul Scott James via Toybox, Auckland, with producer James Hudson. Sound design and music production were the responsibility of Liquid Studios, Auckland.
